ALL APOSTILLE, & DOCUMENT LEGALIZATION FOR ANY COUNTRY

All documents needing an apostille need to be a Notarized document. Once notarized it can be mailed to me for processing at  any Secretary of State in the country for an Apostille to go to any country. Depending on the country, it may additionally need to go to a Consulate. 


 I can set a notary up to go to your location. There is a one time  travel fee for sending a notary to your home, plus notarization fee per document. Call for fees depending on the state.  


Apostille Fee: $95 per document plus Shipping document back to you, or I can ship directly to the country needing the document.


All Federal Documents  such as background checks, need to go to Washington DC for Apostille.

Cost to process Federal Documents is $175.00 Per document plus shipping fee to Fedex directly back to you of $35.00.


Documents needing Consulate Legalization  will be calculated based on the Consulate Fees. Each one is different depending on the country.

For vital records such as birth certificates, marriage certificates and death certificates, it must be a “CERTIFIED” certificate provided by the local county clerk registrar recorder’s office where the certificate originated.
